VipLuck Casino Terms and Conditions

What Happens When You Register and Make Your First Deposit

Registering an account and ticking the box that confirms you are 18 or over and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy creates a binding agreement between you and 130 Group N.V. If you do not agree with any part of it, do not register or play.

Accounts are held in AUD, and the cashier handles money as shown in the table. The minimum withdrawal is $10 via e-wallet and $25 via bank transfer, and the first withdrawal triggers document checks.

We are not liable for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, delays at Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller or your bank, or by your own decision to gamble. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the balance held in your account at the time of the event.

If a game, stream or the platform malfunctions, we may void the affected round and return the stake at its original value, and any winnings produced by the malfunction are void. A live round that is interrupted is settled from the records of the studio that ran it, such as Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Play Live.

The Day You Claim a Bonus

A bonus is a promotion with its own rules, and claiming one means you accept them. 18+ only. The Welcome Package is 300% up to $10,000 plus 300 free spins, and the same rules apply to the recurring offers unless the Details page of that offer says otherwise.

Pokies from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, NetEnt, BGaming and Yggdrasil Gaming contribute 100% towards wagering. Live casino tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and Playtech are excluded. Bets above $5 do not count and may void the bonus, and anything left unwagered after 7 days is removed.

How We Verify Your Documents

We check identity before the first withdrawal is paid, because we are required to confirm who owns each account and that the holder is 18 or over. Send one government photo ID (an Australian driver’s licence, passport or Medicare card) and one proof of address dated recently, such as a utility bill or bank statement.

Photos must be clear and in colour, show all four corners of the document and carry the same name as the account. When the files are complete the review normally takes a few hours, and we may ask for further evidence, for example proof of the source of funds, if a payment looks unusual.

Who Can Open and Keep an Account

You must be 18 or over, which is the same rule across all of Australia, and you may hold one account only. Every detail you give must be true and match your documents, the funds you deposit must be your own, and you may not open or use an account for another person.

VipLuck operates under Curacao eGaming licence OGL/2024/129/0131 issued to 130 Group N.V., and it holds no Australian licence. It is up to you to make sure that playing from where you live is lawful for you, and registering means you have done that check yourself.

Which Law Applies if We Disagree

These terms are governed by the laws of Curacao, the jurisdiction of the licence. The licence is Curacao eGaming licence OGL/2024/129/0131, the licence holder is the operator 130 Group N.V., and any dispute that cannot be settled through support goes to the courts of Curacao unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise. Complaints start with support, and the escalation route is set out in our legal notice.

What Gets an Account Closed

We close accounts and void winnings when we find any of the following: more than one account per person or household, abuse of bonuses such as placing opposing bets to clear wagering, collusion with other players at live tables, and the use of bots, scripts or other automation. On closure we may keep the balance until an investigation is finished, and we return legitimate deposits that were not linked to the breach.

When These Terms Change

We may update these terms when the law, our payment methods or our products change. The new version is posted on this page with a fresh revision date, and material changes are also sent to your registered email address. If you keep playing after the notice you accept the new version, and if you disagree you can close your account through support and withdraw your balance.
